Daily Gratitude

Thank you thank you thank you for HARO (and Stephen, of course!).  Thank you for the brick wall, the decision, and taking the leap.  Thank you for every moment of my life.  Thank you for Lyn (and Dan, of course!) and for the last 8 years.  Thank you for Gary and Anne Marie (and Amy, of course!).  Thank you for LTA.  Thank you for Linea and Aisza.  Thank you for this time this morning.  Thank you for another opportunity to choose joy!  Thank you for the Fairfax County website.  Thank you for technology in general!  Thank you that I get to live in this place at this moment.  Thank you for all the wonderful possibilities.  Thank you for the triathlon.  Thank you for the inspiration, the motivation, and the completion.  Thank you for all my wonderful help and resources.  Thank you for dreams coming true.  Thank you for learning to welcome and accept them!  Thank you for my life that is to be--that I am creating right now.  Thank  you thank you thank you!  :o)

Well, it took me longer than I thought it would, but here, finally is the completed video from Hawaii.  Woo hoo!  :o)

Staying at Home with My Kids

Today I took my kids to the pool. It's not such an unusual thing, I guess. After all, we just spent the last week in Hawaii, where there was a pool in our backyard and the ocean a few feet beyond it. Even here at home we got a summer pass to Pirate's Cove.

But today was a little different because I was doing my swim training for the triathlon (now less than 4 weeks away!), and because my husband is out of town, I had to take them with me--I didn't get to play with them like I usually do.

So I left them in the kids area (sooo grateful that they are old enough for me to do that now!) while I went and did my laps. After my laps, sat on the side of the pool and just watched them play. They were having so much fun!

My heart swelled up as it struck me how very grateful I am that I made the decision to stay home with them. How many parents miss moments like these because they are working and have to put the kids in camp or hire a nanny for the summer?

Many people build businesses from home so that they can stay home with their kids. I have done the opposite. I made the decision to stay home first. Now I'm building my business so that I can have the lifestyle of working but the life of staying at home.

What a beautiful thing.

Thank you for my accountability. Thank you for the opportunity to refine my message! Thank you for getting back on schedule--whew! Thank you for Paul. Thank you for BELIEF! Thank you for 7 pounds! Thank you for all of the wonderful, amazing, fantastic things that have come into my life (more like this, please! :o). Thank you for the summer, and the time I get to spend with my kids. Thank you for all of the leaders and teachers that have taught me about money. Thank you for overflowing abundance! Thank you for the new house I am creating. Thank you for the new LIFE I am creating! :o) Thank you for all of my talents and abilities--they bring such joy to my life. Thank you for my vision book. Thank you for technology. Thank you for airplane rides. Thank you for marketing. Thank you for clarity and the continual refinement of my desires. Thank you for Mondays. Thank you for John and the Black Belt call! Thank you for Brent and Shane and the Visionaries call! Thank you for reminding me! Thank you for swimming. Thank you for Beyond Freedom. Thank you for community. Thank you for Hawaii and, again, for the continual refinement of my desires. I am so blessed. Thank you thank you thank you!!!! :o)

Thank you for my amazing, wonderful, powerful life. So many gifts. So many treasures! Thank you for vision. Thank you for clarity. Thank you for accountability. Thank you for excitement, vitality, energy, and enthusiasm (more like this, please!). Thank you for blueberries. Thank you for the chamber event (and thank you for waking me up!). Thank you for so much personal growth! Thank you for all of the evidence all around me that it's working, it's working, it's WORKING! Thank you for every struggle I have ever had that brought me to this point of joy and understanding. Thank you for my beautiful children. Thank you for technology. Thank you for my bike. Thank you for the triathlon. Thank you for Caroline. Thank you for how far I have come. Thank you for so many blessings in my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you! :o)

Thank you for Hawaii!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for my awesome, incredible, fantastic, amazing, wonderful life. Thank you for so much evidence that it's working, working, WORKING. Thank you for the lady on the plane. Thank you for SLEEP! Thank you for Lee and Sam. Thank you for being on stage with a microphone in my hand. Thank you for a day that was consistent with my vision and my desires. Thank you for my new vision book! Thank you for the house! Thank you for Joe and for Robin. Thank you for the rest of my life. I can't wait!!! :o)

Off to Hawaii!

I am off to Hawaii for our Liberty Conference. I'm staying with my family in a remote part of the island and will likely not have Internet access until I return July 14. How fun! :o)
