BEING THE LEADER

Just like everything in life, being the leader is a CHOICE.

And you don't need followers to be a leader. You must be a leader before anyone shows up.

What does being a leader mean?

Confidence
Not second guessing yourself. Know where you're going and be confident in your ability to be there.

Courage
In order to have something you've never had, you've got to do something you're never done. Assess the risks and do it anyway.

Self-Reliance
Take ownership of your own results. Not being immobilized by adversity. Moving with purpose and power. Not scattering around with urgency, but moving on purpose and being unstoppable.

Get out of the employee mentality, wandering around and thinking that someone else is going to take care of you.

Go forward even if no one else is.
